Quality of tea / coffee/ other food served in compartments can be made better only by :

AA.  Ensuring only licensed vendors are allowed to sell. ( This may require barricading both sides of the entire railway corridor against unauthorised entry)

BB. Passengers willing to cough up the extra buck for the quality costs.

Next issue is, food served in the railway compartments are horrible. The tea and coffee are a shame. Why cant the government impose quality assurance that is imposed on other restaurants and food outlets?
