Re: [IAC#RG] Sunita Godara is not connected with IAC any longer

Dear Ujjawal

It is not clear from your query which version of "Team Anna" you are referring to - ie. do you count, say, Manish and Arvind also as part of Team Anna ?

Your query has been duly discussed over 2 days during IAC's deliberations between 2-3 Sept at Delhi, and all subscribers will get the information you requested in 48 hours.

The short answer to your query is :-

"Because IAC is strictly APOLITICAL and strictly SECULAR and strictly SOCIALIST".

Now a longer answer:-

http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/NewDelhi/Anti-corruption-body-abandons-Janlokpal/Article1-1116543.aspx

a) Please note we are ENCOURAGING "common people" who believe that Lokpal will sort out India to join/vote for AAP.
The IAC would be very happy to see the 2014 elections as a referendum for Lokpal Bill (if Congress doesn't pass their version first).

b) When Manish says "brands" are not important, it masks a dispute about "royalties" to be paid for use of IAC brand name during 2011-12 IAC andolan. Not only by Team Arvind but also by Team Anna.

1)  Corruption is an important DIMENSION of a MUCH LARGER PROBLEM in India. (NB: It is not the ONLY dimension)

2) The "War against Corruption" needs its forces to operate as SPECIALISED units. (Just like Armed Forces = Army + Navy + AirForce + ITBP + SSB + ....).

3)  The present IAC has a distinct ideology inasmuch as we do not subscribe to "Master-Slave" theory - ie. if I am asked to wear a cap saying "I am Anna" or to wave the Indian flag to show I am part of IAC, I will not do so without proper questions.

4) Since IAC is apolitical, you tell me if IAC should associate with Congress persons like Kiran Bedi or with BJP (or even NaMo) backers like Ramdev, Ram Jethmalani, Subramaniam Swamy etc who supported "Team Anna" ?
