Dear Mr SS BEDI,We are REACTIVE 1 There are N number of ways to to ensure that only the candidate who has the support of atleast 50% of the votes poled would deem to have been elected. 2 once this is made an election RULE., the fake/wrong candidates would be deterred to fight the ekection.Also whrre the pole is held INVALID, the candidates who fought esrliar would be DEBARRED to fight 2nd time for the same election.New candidates would need to fight the INVALID election 3 The Nation must have WILL to usher in TRUE DEMOCRACY in the country.We are REACTIVE and not PROACTIVE as a society.We are DEFENSIVE and not OFFENSIVE IN SPIRIT.WE HAVE TO CHANGE IF WE AS A NATION HAVE TO GET OUR RIGHTFUL PLACE IN THE WORLD. 4 THE YOUTH AND THE EXPERIENCED HAVE TO UNITE TO GIVE THE REQUIRED PUSH.THE DEFNCE VETERANS WITH THE REQUIRED DISCIPLINE , QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE ARE AVAILABLE TO THE NATION TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY LEADERSHIP TO THE COUNTRY.The political parties will be well advisedto make useof this RICH RESOURCE available inthe country. This can be done by eliminating lower order candidates and retaining the top three for a repoll within 48 hours. If still no result then retain the top two. This is at the constituency level. There are several alternatives and variations in the proportional system. Maybe Mr Raj can educate us.
