Not having women in core committee means you are not concerned with the issues related to masses or the women of the country ? It shows how selfish your thoughts are.

Dear Kris,
So many questions. Already I am getting complaints that some persons are hogging the bandwidth of this highly overloaded channel. Doubting Thomas played a great role in the Bible or so I'm told. Anyway here goes.
1. IAC is not interested in this rape incident. None of the "public" Core Committee members are "female". Only 2 of us are from Delhi. So it was not a high priority for us. If you want a sound byte - IAC is filled with Male Chauvinist pigs.
2. However, many lady members of this mailing list are deeply concerned about female / gender bias/equity issues. They interacted with us. I and a few other IAC die-hards gave them assistance/advice in our personal capacities.
3. From 17th Dec evening we were on the job starting from Delhi Police, DCP(S) Chhayya Sharma because there are massive ghaflas in the investigation and reporting of this rape incident - big shots (incl in the police) are involved . When the DCP evaded us, we escalated to LG office. On 18th I personally called LG's OSD on his private mobile many times. On 19th onwards we started emailing L:G-Office. On 20th we escalated to Secy LG when we came to know that LG is holidaying abroad. At that time we inducted these ladies into a special Committee of IAC to pursue this case and similar ones. By this time the dimensions of the cover up were emerging. All these emails are publicly archived in the public domain should anyone care to demand them. We then escalated the matter to the highest levels of Congress Party / UPA Govt. These communications are not in the public domain. From what we know Tejindra Khanna was formally summoned back on 20th night IST. IAC had a significant contribution in this.
4. IAC's brigades do not concern me. That is part of the HRA's functions. I can only give them advice from my own experience. IAC is no longer a non-violent sarkari controlled movement.
5. We have been running the movement for less than 2 months when everybody had deserted it and written it off. IAC faces a huge image problem because of the previous gang of haramis and their antics. Almost everyone who supports their way of functioning is on AAP. Only about 25% of the old IAC district coordinators are with us - the rest are with Arvind.
6. Lastly, about the way IAC functions and my role. I have been assigned complete freedom to pick my team to perpetuate the legacy of the HRA founded by shaheed Sachindranath Sanyal and Ors. Accordingly many RTI stalwarts of the country supported me in many ways when we took over. Now people are joining on their own and asking for work to be assigned to them. They clearly understand that we have an open no-nonsense practical approach when it comes to fighting corruption and seek neither money nor personal fame. The way it works is that I as National Convenor can do anything and the Core Committee of G-Secs ratifies it at a later date, or the G-Secs do anything after clearing it with me in advance. This is essentially possible if there is trust. Of course we want systems in-place, but the movement is nascent and we are undermanned.
7. The role of the National Convenor + G-Secs (forming the Core Committee) is administrative, advisory and directional. We are not operational people for the movement. IAC has no High Commands. We believe in primacy of the individual citizen above all else.

Sarbajit,
We hope you are not taking credit for something happening naturally. You are yet to answer who are the Core Committee Members of IAC. What is their locus standi? Do they have a role in the spontaneous feeling of outrage of citizens seeing the visuals and newspaper articles on the rape in Delhi. Are your activities limited to Delhi? What about all the wrong and atrocities being committed day in day out all over India. Why do you gloat the return of LG, Delhi from leave as IAC Victory No.1? What is IAC Brigade and how many are members? How many have extended unconditional support to you? Have IAC orchastrated any other anti corruption agenda?
