The alleged rapists were drunk, high on crack and watching porn CDs, driving buses around Delhi committing various criminal acts on diverse people. They all lived in an illegal slum notorious for these activities very close to the residence of Mr Tejindra Khanna and operating under the "protection" of his government machinery.

The only role Mrs Shiela Dixit has in this affair is that she controls the Excise Dept which allows all kinds of liquor to be sold - Delhi's liquor consumption increases at the astounding rate  of 70%  year on year to finance a bankrupt (in all senses) State Govt. Mr Tejindra Khanna for many years was on the Board of Directors of India's largest drug peddlers. Between the 2 of them (Teji and Shiela) Delhi is now the crime capital of India, joint under-bosses of the Italian-cum-Russian  mafia. When the National Godmother's son-in-law openly owns or finances umpteen hotels (disguised brothels) and bars all over Delhi, where is the point of writing such lengthy "Gandhian" open letters to them ?

I think if the main ideas are adopted, we can see change in society within a year. Real change. Not the "increase policing, lynch a few" type.
