i condemn the heinous incident that took place in capital city of india in which a girl was gang raped, tortured and thrown from a moving bus. Cruelty un-pardonable. i can understand the immediate spontaneous demand like hanging the culprits and so. Only in rare cases when societies are not able to handle any situation matter needs to go to court.
