Dear Sh Sarbajit,
Thank you for sharing this truthful article. Kudos to Sh AN Tiwari too.
Please recall, since Oct 2010, we as an independent Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) consulting company have been vociferously advocating strict and time bound implementation of National E Governance Plan (NEGP) at every seminar and through every forum just like each of the top 40 developed countries has done and they fall into top 40 index of least corrupt countries in the world. If this was done, every one how so ever powerful or connected up he or she is would get exposed instantaneously throwing up alerts to ROC (MCA), IT (MoF) and MoLJ and the system would automatically swing into action without any need of TV debate on prime TV on Vadra case wasting the time of the nation. The individual would face action automatically. These 40 countries do not have Lokpals but have irreversible e governance. Is not this proof enough that what India needs is NEGP more than Lokpals. Aadhah under the aegis of Nandan Nilekani is the most superb initiative which can easily answer the questions "who am I" and "eKYC". All it requires is to tightly link Aadhar with the rest of the NEGP and make available interface to Aadhar to all economic establishments public or private.
God help us in next 5 years as the PM has raised the plan allocation from $1 tn to $3 tn for infrastructure development and politicians, corp houses, babus et al must be licking their fingers to fully exploit the next 5-7 years unless NEGP goes on steam full and final.
With warm regards and Jai Hind,
Col Mahesh Khera

Subject: [HumJanenge] Robert Vadra finances exposed by CIC A.N.Tiwari
http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/behind-robert-vadras-fortune-a-maze-of-questions/article3975214.ece
In a bizarre sequence of events, the decision of IC (as he then was)
Mr. A.N.Tiwari in "K.Lall versus R.O.C" has allowed all the
information on Robert Vadra's companies to be made available
instantaneously and anonymously at Rs. 50 per company using the
internet.
Had the citizens applied in RTI, the PIOs would have denied the
information on so many grounds.
Thank you Mr. Tiwari-ji for your far sighted decision.
