22 Jul, 2012I've very closely seen the functioning of CIC as its Legal Consultant and I do feel that at least 50% members of CIC must be from legal background. Without legal background, the ICs have to look towards legal experts like Joint Secretary Law, who exploits the position to his wrong advantage.-Pardeep Kumar Rapria
