I am going to file a second appeal before the CIC and this appeal has made party to three PIO 's and one FAA of Ministry of MSME as party. Do I need to send the advance copies of my appeal to all the PIO 's and FAA in advance and enclose proof of same to CIC or it is not needed?
Please guide me for which I shall be thankful to you.
