And i am Really in a dilema Why Somebody wants to Use a Non existing Methodology which does not have any legal sanction instead of Trying the existing Ones .
I Regularly Come across People Vehemently arguing to Bring Private Entities Under RTI When we are yet to Explore Public authorities Fully
