Sir,

      I can understand the caste equation between Mr.Kumaraswamy and the CIC Dr.Krishna and his actions. But what is the need for BSY, a Lingayat to support this man and also then Governor. Chaturvedi and the present Governor Bharadwaj? What is the political need?

Dear Shashi Kumar,

 

I had obtained the educational & professional qualifications of Dr. H.N.Krishna from DPAR whrn he was appointed as IC. He is a mere Dentist. I had questioned the appointment  of him  with the Governor & justification of his recommendation to that post by H.D.Kumaraswamy, B.S Yediyurappa, & acceptance of  him as Ic by the then Governor K.N. Chaturvedi. I also complained about corruption in KIC to Governor  Bhardwaj & sought solidarity pursual  from almost all so styled RTI Activists I knew. None  supported.

 

I became cowed down in the problems I faced in life & could not pursue it.

The corrupt HN Krishna  karnataka information commissioner applies long leave instead of resignation  Last week the Karnataka High court rejected anticipatory bail application moved by him , The criminal cases filed against him by the CID Police of Karnataka in respect of irregularities committed by him  during chairman of Karnataka Public service commission , simultaneously he has also applied for a long leave to come back as the information commissioner ,The Karnataka High court monitoring the CID probe has made out of a strong case against him , In the event of long leave  , the tax payers money is wasted for paying salary and perks , privilages to corrupt Krishna , 

The honourable way for him is to resign form the Karnataka information commissioner post to avoid further legal problems and humiliation 

HN Krishna was nominated to KPSC as member from the Vokkaliga quota and later was made the 

chairman of Karnataka public service commission , as the chairman of KPSC ,enjoyed the cabinet rank perks and facilities , after retiring from KPSC as chairman , though unconstitutional ,he succeded to become an karnataka information commissioner through manipulation , How ever his manipulations 

and courruption made in KPSC as chairman could not be forgotten , He is alleged to have played a 

manipulative role in selection of Gazetted posts of Karnataka administratvie Services candidates 

The high court was hearing the petitions of candidates who were denied selection to KAS because of corruption , manipulation etc , The high court has directed the CID to probe the mega scam , while 

HN Krishna used all his influence to weaken the probe and safeguard himself , it all went in vain 

at last , under the fear of inviting High Court ire , the CID police have FIR against HN Krishna under various IPC Sections of Criminal law which includes cheating ,fraud etc , Now the probe is conducted by DIG of CID , One can bet last pie to the CID probe digging out many more scams and HNK  following the footsteps of Punjab PSC chairman who was raided and the subsequent unearthing of 

several crores of rupees 

HNK  genuinely apprehended the arrest and subsequent lodging in PARAPPANA AGRAHARA JAIL 

So he filed an anticipatory bail in High court , The karnataka high court rejected the bail plea ,

Decency and public probity demanded  HNK to Resign form the post of information commissioner , but 

he is still stuck with it , of course , it another matter that HNK cannot be easily removed from the IC post ,It needs karnataka governor reference to the Supreme court and it may be a long process , 

The karnataka governor not taken any steps even several complaints submitted by the citizens against HNK , Various groups of citizens ,RTI activists were putting pressure to Quit 

HNK instead of resigning made a trick and announced going on long leave , the cases posted already before him will be dragged for how much time no body knows ,The tax payers money is used to pay the salary and perks to HNK and lavish government is occupied by him , There are no chances of him getting back to the information commission as commissioner and he will be enjoying the perks , salary  privileges as Information commissioner despite having criminal cases against him and that too without working , 

Finally Definitely and frankly , nobody wants HN Krishna to go on long leave , but wants him 

to immediate resignation
