[HumJanenge] lokpal bill

i am watching with apt attention what is being transpiring on internet about the bill and its formulators specially anna's team.

But i came to following conclusion that:

 doubts will divide us and trust will bring us together

following things comes to mind and i am sure one of you will take my suggessions to anna's attention only thing i wish that they discuss these points and adopt if majority likes it. instead of fighting who is in or out but try giving your mind a task to think and suggest what you wish to see in lokpal bill all of you and your friends and associates.

 1. If we wants this bill to be from public truly it should be simple to follow by even a commoner- no advocacy language. (KISS- keep it simple stupid so even stupid can follow it) and translated in all 18 approved  languages. adopted by Lok sabha and to be rectified by all states assemblies and union teritories

2. it should cover all like MP/MLA/judges/police/all public servants includs neta babu etc and also all private /public limited companies and including traders who are doing illlegal activities and amessing wealth beyond there normal activities.

3. Only petitions will be accepted by public or activist only when some 30,000 to 50,000 indian citizens with uid  signed it with in stipulation of three month period signature should be from all different walks of life as atrue representation of public cross section viz urban rural and semi urban peasants poiceman babu etc All pettion should contens all supporting document with public notary statements.Time limit three months.

4. There should be a grand jury attached to lok pal, which will contain all the advocates administrative and legislative  will review the petition and recomendations will be made to lokpal who will than decide to take the case. once the case is taken that person will no longer be doing what he was doing but will be debared as under trial and will not take any active role in its pre position. time limit 2 months.

5. 12 juries will be selected from the people who signed the petion who will serve as jury while the defence will defend it these can be lawers or any public member as this it lok pal court. time limit two weeks. and all these juries will come from different walks of life and stay during this period in lok pal office they will eat and drink sleep there no out side contact even with press. and this whole process should be televised as lok sabha proceeding are done i hope.

6. if the person found guilty he or she will not only pay fine but his or her all properties and money will be confeticated except one car and one primary place of residence. no appeals any other place.

7. this person or his her family can not take any public post elected or selected.

 this way public will be supereme  and we the public can get therecall mecanisim in our governance and this will victory for anna and the public who supported it.
