On behalf of this scoiety Sri Rejimon is filing hundred of RTI and has even floated some resident forrum to prevent demolition of his CGHS.
The open market price of these huge flats is about Rs. 3 crores but Mr Rejimon and his high flying nieghbours justlike Sri Sharad Pawer claim that market value is only Rs. 9 point somethings lacs.
