The Deptt. will take plea the the order of the Punjab and Haryana High Court is not applicable to it for two counts- the case pertain to Delhi. Secondly, rightly or wrongly, The Deptt. belongs to Centre and not to State govt. For this, an order from Supreme Court is required.
