Well, Guptaji, could you please advise your good good friends in the Dept of Per. & Trg. to kindly pull down their order No.13110/2007-IR dated 29th April, 2008; that placed reliance to judgment of High Court of Gujarat in the matter of Ahmedabad Education Society & Another V/s UOI & Others [Special Civil Application No.23305 of 2007] from their website. They may be requested to cancel this order dated 29th April, 2008. You can tell them, like described by you, 1. Hon Gujarat HC does not pertain to Delhi 2. The Dept. belonged to State and not Centre. There are similar orders too, which had been issued by the same good friends in Dept of Per. & Training, following judgment from various High Courts in other statesl.
