HRA has served the decree of Dr. Dalvi on MHA as promised, copy attached.

If Ram Krishna Yadav alias Baba Ramdev is not arrested for prosecution with death penalty by 5 pm of Friday 28 May 2021, it is lawful under the 1928 wartime Constitution of Hindustan Republican Army for any reservist of Hindustan Republican Army to execute Baba Ramdev on the spot at a time and place of HRA's choosing when he least expects it and by any of the methods we employ.to achieve our goal of Purna Swaraj and Hindu Rashtra.
