I really wonder if there is one that is spotless. The issue are the degree or extent of the stain and the effect of the stain on the common citizen.
What we are witnessing is the pathetic situation wherein those, who are reasonably spotless and who feel concerned, are suffering from a sense of helplessness.
How do we overcome this, if it is true?
