Dear Ms. Joshi

I draw your attention to GAD (Coordination Branch) notification dated 11.03.2015 concerning security of official information and documents pursuant to certain espionage related incidents which occured within GNCTD.

Accordingly, I am requesting you to kindly immediately ensure that no official document is provided or shown, directly or indirectly, to one Mr. Roshan Shankar who is appointed as coteriminus advisor in Tourism Dept. I am reliably informed that Mr. Roshan Shankar's alleigance is now to a foreign state / foreign persons for whom he works. I would also request you to conduct an inquiry into all official documents he, and other such coterminus advisors, have accessed in the past.

It is a matter of national shame that foreigners can so easily access Govt information and documents of your departments through their proxies and touts but interested citizens are made to wait indefinitely.
