In TV debates, no party spokesman replies to specific issues but when on weak ground only start blaming the other political parties. At least members of IAC need to analyse the issues based on facts and figures and not only make political and un connected statements.
An analysis of number of pilgrims and attacks on them year wise has been published by a National Newspaper and is given below. Average number of pilgrims in year 2000-2003 period was 1.4 lakh per year and number of devotees killed in terrorist attacks was 43. from 2004 to 2013, the average number of pilgrims rose to 4.4 lakh per year and terrorist attack on devotees became nil. The average number of devotees per year has again plummeted to 2.2 lakh in 2016 and only 1.5 lakh this year till now and we have seen one attack by terrorists.
Casualities amongst devotees are matter of concern and the attacks by terrorists needs to be dealt with firmly. However, has this statistics to do some thing with policies of the Central Government? Fall in number of pilgrims and rise in terrorist attacks is coinciding with BJP rule in the centre.

By blaming govt., RSS u are encouraging terrorism. by raising bogey of hindu terror, u are inviting terror.
A hindu can't have his temple restored. he needs security to go on his teerath yatra. he can't celebrate durga pooja.
his ram navmi processions are stoned. they are thrown from kashmir, kairana. Cow is cut on streets just to spite them. And still they are communal.
