That is right we are practicing lame duck democracy   destitute in nation building values. A nation state is a product of  citizenry  conscious of its duties more than rights ! WHERE NATIONAL SERVICE  is an essential component . So also education without which democracy is tantamount to  counterfeit activity. MPs  and ministers are not even matriculate and proud of it  .  Education must become a criteria too. Glad such issues are being discussed but to what avail when concrete steps are not being suggested how to implement this .

To contest an election for M.P. etc. one must have military training for atleast 3 years.
