No wonder PM visiting Stanford  in Sept May be he feels inferior to Smriti his adopted sister certificate

who claimed degree from Yale  later on found she did not have degree from Yale -it was 6 days refresher course for 6 days but PM's academic qualifications highly impressive if these are TRUE
