Re: [IAC#RG] Fwd: ARE INDIAN JUDGES NOW UNDER TRIAL ?

Iam practicing Advocate of Bombay High Court aged 80 years.I appreciate task taken
by organisation.Judges of high Court do not strictly follow procedure laid down by
high court.Judge do not care to see who is correct and who wrong.Criminals get clean chit.Honest litigants suffer. All advocates with similar experience must come to gether and must fight against corruption and misconduct of the judges.
There are many things to disclose and I am waiting for oppertunity.
My address is Flat902 Riddhi Siddhi Apartment, Chunabatti Sion Mimbai400022.

You all are aware that in HIGH Court
face value of counsel counts and
Judges gave importance and attention to the Argument of
those counsels
only. Counsel fees are very expensive and common man can not
afford to
pay such high fees. Moreover counsel are attached with
solicitors firm
whereat well organised business is going on. They all are
interlinked
with judges in one way or the other. How then common honest
man can
get Justice? Can MODY GOVERNMENT AND HIS LAW MINISTER HAS
TAKEN ANY
STEPS OR RAISE ANY VOICE AGAINST THE SYSTEM OF JUDICIARY TO
HELP POOR
AND  COMMON MAN AND TO MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE? JUDGES
NEVER INFORM  WHEN
THEY ARE TAKING LEAVE   SO THAT COMMON MAN
CAN ABLE TO MANAGE HIS
WORKING DUTY HOURS AND ATTEND THE COURT. ADVOCATES TAKE AS
MANY
ADJOURNMENT THEY WANT AND SOLICITORS FIRM CAN CONDUCT THE
MATTER AT
THEIR SWEET WILL.
