Dear Shri Dua

Let me play the devils advocate

1) The monumental traffic on DMRC is mainly responsible for the gross
degeneration of the city of Delhi, proliferation of slums etc.

2) The fares are artificially depressed by cheap Yen loans which will
now have to be paid back from this year. The old loans are being
"repaid" by diverting money fro new loans for Metro expansion. IT IS A
PONZI SCHEME and the only thing keeping it going is fresh construction
and new lines to cater to slum colonies on the outskirts.

3) I'm sorry to say this but in say 10 years, DMRC will be by Biharis
for Biharis in Delhi. Or "poorvanchalis" or whatever you call them.
Delhi will be the capital of Poorvanchal because of DMRC.

4) The safety is not at all good. It is horrible. Nobody knows and it
is all covered up. The official carrying capacity of each coach is
between 75 - 88 persons.How are they carrying 350 ? This is another
reason for the "low" fares. Because of electronics its so easy for
DMRC to skim off money from fares collected because they don't issue
numbered "tickets"
