Crisis in AAP is institutional in nature, solution has to be institutional in character. AAP may soon be losing the war of perceptions, eventually impacting its electoral appeal.1. Volunteer's body must have a representational presence in decision making bodies of AAP.2. If gradual and not so slow slide into 'regular' politics has to be restrained and appeal of new politcs to the electorate maintained then strict scrutiny mechanism must be embodied into regular functioning of the party. Internal Lokpal is the place of final resort.3. Constituency wise , area wise vigilance committee should be set up.These aren't units for monitoring work done or not done. But the ones focused on violations of core principles which the party represents .4. Guided politicisation or sensitisation classes should be a mandatory for the mass of workers and volunteers who joined AAP but have little understanding of foundational concepts behind new politics.Praxis and not articulation of praxis will insure you against corrosive effects of power play and pragmatic political choices. We have already started working on the last point. Modules for education or Sunday classes for workers are being worked out.I would request Prof Anand Kumar to engage pro actively on this.RegardsShailendra Dhar
Sent from my iPadProf.Anand Kumar and all other concerned,
Contributions, concern and continuous communication of Prof.Anand as an Executive Committee member of AAP is commendable for all concerned as Delhi wallas
However Prof Anand`s kind wishes in the future preparedness of AAP appears incomplete.
Top AAP sales team Go Getters are still spilling arrogance by announcing in media that current coordinator is already elected for 3 years ?
Self interrogation of AAP Seva team with No time frame puts No impact on the voters.
Voters as we all are aware are the Delhi tax payers who stand hidden as the masters as per AAP future format of Swaraj as promoted in AK book in his latest version.

Sir
What is happening inside your party ?

Is the AAP 'andolan' phase over now that we have to watch such things
? We are very perturbed and would like to assist all good persons left
within AAP.

Re: [IAC#RG] For Prof. Anand Kumar - JNU / AAP
Allow me to endorse this roadmap send by Shalender Dhar as I agree that dialogue with the volunteers is mandatory.
The kid arrogance of top AAP decision makers and its spill over in media in cutting down the united AAP is evident.
Allow me to remind the readers about a quote from Abrahim Lincoln that fits in this situation...
"If I had 9 hours to chop down a tree, I did spend the first 6 hrs. sharpening my Ax."
In Solidarity,
Rakesh.
