Dear Sirs,

URGENT

Please act on the appended email sent to you very recently from Mr.
Babubhai Vaghela, senior citizen r/o Ahmedabad, and register any
appropriate FIR under Sections 66 and 67 of IT Act 2000-08 r/w Indian
Penal Code and without burking.

I have received about 6 diverse emails from Mr. Vaghela which are
CC'ed to many of India's eminences on this topic, so clearly this
matter needs to be fully investigated. .

Victim is
Babubhai Vaghela
C 202, Shrinandnagar V, Makarba Road Vejalpur,
Ahmedabad - 380051 M - 94276 08632

From what I can decipher from here, it seems that some persons have
hacked Mr. Vaghela's Pension account seemingly by impersonating as SK
Roy, Chairman of LIC. If so, kindly also notify CERT-IN that LIC
computer systems / SBI computer systems have been hacked. These are
surely notified as protected national computer resources.u/s 78 ?? IT
Act

A scanned copy of the FIR u/s 154 CrPC r/w Guj. / Bombay Police Rules
may kindly be provided to me for my records, as this appears to be 1
in a series of cyber incidents committed by foreign hackers directed
at India Against Corruption's senior leaders to silence their speech.
FYI, Mr. Vaghela is Chairman of IACs sub-Committee on Ethics in
Governance.
