Let us not beat round the bush. Rather than targeting Modi & Co, one must focus on Indians, especially the influential ones, who are in-charge of, if not working with, such companies like Apple, Google, Twitter, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Dreamworks, Facebook, AT&T, Disney, Sony, Yahoo! etc. Check link

And as far as Modi is concerned, maybe you can ask him and his Ministers to come out with a law banning the use of Google, Yahoo! accounts etc. for Govt. work and disallow them from using such free services, but use the desi ones like NIC instead. Maybe you can also ask them to prosecute these Babus under Official Secrets Act 1923 for using such "firangi" free services for exchange of classified documents.
