Sir,
Shri Shyamal Kumar Sarkar
Secretary/DoPT
Sir,
Sub: Bribery of your Dept officers, including yourself, by Shri K.B. "Anna" Hazare / his associates such as a) Mr. Arvind Kejriwal IRS, b) Mr. Shanti Bhushan, Sr. Adv. c) Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Adv. d) Justice (Retd). Santosh Hegde.
It is very strange that a duly registered Public Grievance which is meant to be disposed off in 2 (or at the most 3) months is closed and consigned to file after almost 2 years in such a highly sensitive matter.
with best wishes

pertinent to mention that such complaints are to be disposed off
within 3 months as per the CVC notification dated 23.05.2000 but the same appears to be pending for over 2 years now.
