Re: [IAC#RG] IAC Platform only for Raising National Issues with Solutions

Dear Ms Lidder

Your RTI's approach needs to be changed. (I'm aware of the 818g issue
and how TAAI and those dummy airlines let the agents down).

Never ask a PIO "pointed questions" if you want information. (You must
ask pointed questions when you DONT want information or when you want
the file to disappear)

Firstly trim out all the explanations and background in your RTI
request. 818g is well known

Secondly, simply ask for
"certified copies of each and every page, including note sheets or
file notings or litigation records, in each and every record
maintained by DGCA, concerning or pertaining to IATA's Resolution
818g".

Add a note: "NB: please provided me the detailed computation of fees
to be provided the information, so that it is clear to me in advance
exactly what specific information I shall be depositing the further
fees for".

You will not get the information right away, usually they will ask you
to come and inspect the records and select the information you want.
Or else, they will deny that information is available or it is not
traceable etc. After the First Appeal you will get most of the info.
After getting the copy of the file(s) you can then file a second RTI
to ask for the copies of the documents which are NOT in the file.

I repeat, dont try and do it using 1 RTI. Be patient and get them to
commit themselves to what they DO have in the first RTI so you can pin
them on what they DONT have in the second.

CPIO list

I figure your CPIO is Sh. Sunil Kumar, Dy. Director (HQ).

You should also send the same RTI to the Ministry of Civil Aviation
(replace DGCA by MCA in your RTI)
