I am looking for help in obtaining the original approved plans of a building at Borivali way back in 1961. So far I have only managed to obtain only the proposed plans from the Water Supply department. They gave me the file for inspection and I could find only the proposed plans.
Since the matter is under litigation, my lawyer has advised me to obtain the original approved building plans along with the BMC's approval note from the Building Proposals department located at 90-feet road Kandivli.
I filed an RTI application to inspect the file on May 28, but haven't heard from the BP department yet.
The builder who is harassing has a good clout with the officials there. His representatives are always parked there and I am afraid I may not get the original plans. Since all the residents of the building have full time jobs, it becomes difficult for us to chase officials to obtain documents.
I am therefore looking for someone who can do this work for me. Someone like an agent who will obtain the necessary copies duly certified. We are prepared to pay the person's charges.
Can anyone help?
