Though we both are far apart but I know your goodself very well as an authority and very active contributor for the RTI implementation and various studies done by you.

What is DOPT certified A Grade for RTI ? When Did DoPT Start giving these Certificates .? Will these Certifications Qualify One person to be a Resource Person ? I Myself have a Certificate But ssused by a Different authority way Back in 2006 itself .
