It is very important to discuss. In my one case I am fighting one case for 17 years and more .
Starting with from 17 years back there was a total fraud in accounts, I consider it as Mini satyam.
Modus operandi was the same in this case comparing Satyam case. . Mere accounting book entry placed in accounts. There was a dividend declaration from this profit only. No action by Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Company Affairs , Regional Director, Official Liquidator!!!!!! These bodies are prime body to look after the compliance of all provisions of the Companies Act, 1956!!!!!!!!!! When fruit are eaten by Fences what we can do !!!!!! There was no profit at all. Prime record I did not have. I had just intellect only. On which I tried the case. In these 17 years I found one record of fraud in accounts apparent on file of other Hon. Court directly.
I tell from the start one year to till all these year 17 years, all my contentions were rejected without any service of notice to other party !!!!!!!!
Starting from City Civil Court to High Court !!!!!!!!!!!
You can imagine gammuts behind this. Where is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contravention of Basic Human Rights in all the forums!!!!
