Re: [HumJanenge] Re: Uncovering of Truth - IE Story of Suggesting an Attempted Army Coup Needs Investigation

Dear Roy

Devashayam may be a honorable man, but look at his co-Petitioners like Admirals Ramdas and Bhagat. Is any Army person directly associated with this PIL ? What about the HDW submarine scandal. You are doing superb job of expanding this forum. Humjenege is really one forum where all aspects of truth is certain to come out. It is much better that members declare their bias before posting messages instead of trying to mislead with half truths and suppressions. I agree with your reading of Singh's withdrawal. Some neo-legal-literates dont know when to stop and there is no shortage of briefless counsel in India to pander to their fantasies. When they lose, they will blame the judges as being corrupt.

Dear Mr Devasahayam

I fully respect and defer to anybody who is on the side of truth and
integrity.
I have know nothing which would cause me to say that you are not on
that side.
I have not said anything about you personally, and if I have implied
it, I apologise freely.

I look forward to reading your WP, IF it is admitted.
Considering your choice of counsel, however,  nd her associations and
the other "baggage" they bring to the table, I am inclined to doubt
that anything other than more shrill media publicity will result.

Like McArthur, there is nothing more embarrassing than an old soldier
who refuses to go away !!!.
