[HumJanenge] IC SG Orders CPIO of CIC to file FIR for missing info.

Here is an interesting case of where the IC SG Ordered the CPIO of the CIC to file a police complain on missing file.

"If the files are not located he will file a police complaint for the theft/loss of the said files and send a copy of the complaint to the Appellant"

What I am surprised, is that he did not pull up the FAA of the CIC for not disposing the First Appeal of the appellant.
