[HumJanenge] IC DS Imposes Max Penalty on CPIO of LIC

In a strong worded decision, not only has IC Deepak Sandhu imposed maximum penalty on the CPIO of LIC Bareilly but also pulled up the FAA by ordering :The FAA has also demonstrated his complete ignorance on the practical
application of the RTI Law. The Sr. Div. Manager is directed to assign the FAA to a rigorous period of training so that he can satisfactorily discharge his obligations as per the provisions of the Act."
