Re: [IAC#RG] Fwd: Why Mass agitation on jallikattu now in Tamil Nadu and not earlier ?

10/2/17

Sir,

Why is it naive to say that spain should ban bull fights? What PETA has to say on this who are chapioning the cruelty aspact and fighting in the SC?

The larger question is the future survival of the domesticated animals be it bulls or camels or horses.  Wil they remain a part of the rural india or end up in the slaughter houses.  What constitues cruelty ?  Camel racing or horse racing or bullock cart racing and use of a whip is cruelty then all camel racing in Meddle eastern countries , horse racing in Europe and bullock cart in India be banned. and PETA which is a foreign based NGO has double standards for Europe and India. What is their record in Europe and US. Now Maharashtra wants bullock cart race to continue.Rgds

Jallikattu issue has been hanging  fire in  Tamil Nadu for several years now. But, the state has never witnessed this sort of mass agitation demanding jallikattu.

In a state  like Tamil Nadu, with around 700 lakh population, even if  0.1 % of the population (70000 people) join the agitation, it would  be termed  as mass agitation.

Many people wonder why this mass agitation has happened now and not earlier when Ms. Jayalalitha was the Chief Minister. The issue remained the same earlier and now  and therefore, the emotions should have been the same earlier and now.

Can anyone explain this?  Can we simply accept the theory that mob rule takes place when governance weakens ?

I have received a most amazing RTI reply from the dealing CPIO of Ministry of Home Affairs.

1) It seems Govt of India is totally unaware of the authentic words of National Anthem and is unable to provide me a copy of it.

2) It seems that MHA also doesn't have a copy of the authentic musical score of the National Anthem, which incidentally all the band masters of MHA police forces regularly play, is thereby unable to provide me a true copy of the musical score, and has forwarded my RTI on this point to Ministry of I&B (it seems Doordarshan used to play the instrumental version of National Anthem before shutting down at midnight).

3)  MHA also doesn't know why National Anthem has been recently ordered to be compulsorily played in cinema theatres and if so then why Vande Mataram (National Song) is not as equally honoured as National Anthem by being played there also.

Is this country being governed by Indians or by the CIA ?

[IAC#RG] Another Nirbhaya : Nandhini Murder in tamil nadu -- can not we wake up our country ?

Hi ,

Why there are no strong laws amended in our country , by keeping the laws that are inherited from old days will make our environment better. ?

Recently the incident happens in tamilnadu which is making me feel like why am i living here.
Why there are no strict rule even after the incident which caused our country to down in the global village - NIrbahaya case.

Again, there is similar incident in TN -The pregnant girl "Nandhini" is murdered brutally and her fetus has been taken away and burnt .. what are we heading towards ?

After i gone through personally the below  incident, i am getting more anger when ever i see the actual culprits are flew away due to the very big hole in our legal system.

The same police/legal system caused myself to think about end of my life which i reported in oct'2016. Still i am fighting.[That is different story though]
http://rti4citizens.blogspot.in/2016/10/re-iacrg-suicide-is-only-option-for.html

Is there any changes can be imposed to change this entire system useful to the common man.. i don't know what i need to do from my side.Feeling ashamed of sitting idle and watching all these [Just beccause i have a family ]

Sent an letter/application to PM and president but i am damn sure nothing will happen. Fed up !!! fed Up !!!

Regards,
