[HumJanenge] Corrupt babu / Honest babu

FYI, your messages are sent to over 10,000 IAS and other types of
"babus". who read then avidly.

The vast majority of them are decent folk who come under pressure to
be pliable / look the other way because of the rotten apples within
the system. It is not their fault if the iron frame has been rotted
from within, and individual officers are simply unwilling to do what
they are supposed to do.

Its time we showed them that there is a class of HONEST, AWARE,
MOTIVATED, APPRECIATIVE "citizens" who are with them, and who WILL
question their INACTION / NON-ACTION. A class of educated citizen
quite unlike the "I am (illiterate) Anna" brigade.

Initially, we will only post topical news items about "corrupt babus"

Later we will intervene by filing RTIs on specific cases.

Finally, we will take direct action against the INACTIION /
Non-application of mind of the "honest" babus without whose COMPLICITY
the HIGH-LEVEL corruption cannot take place..

This is a long-term plan. This thread will be "sticky" and carefully
screened. Irrelevant posts WILL be deleted without notice.
