What is interesting is that the respondent CPIO tried to blame the applicant by stating "...... the Complainant and some of his friends are filing multiple RTI applications which is putting a lot of pressure and creating excessive work for him." This is the routine procedure adopted by all erring CPIOs. However, this story flopped. Let us hope other ICs also do the same thing.
