[HumJanenge] Murders on trains: Will Railway Minister Ms. Mamta Banerjee ever listen?

In recent years, there have been a number of rage / theft / goon related rapes and killings on trains.
For someone who travels long distances to various parts of the country several times a year, I notice a sharp decline in the quality of rail services:  long-distance trains have virtually become commuter trains, with a merry go round of short-distance passengers getting on and off.  As a result, the reserved compartments are over crowded to the extent that entrance and exit doors are blocked with luggage and sundry ticket-less persons, beggars, lepers, goons, and so on.  TCs are often hand in glove with these elements and take the famous Indian bakshish from such elements. Apart from causing friction and frayed tempers, such situiations result in fights, rapes, murders and thefts.

One hope Ms. Mamta Banerjee listens and revises her version of what "Aam Admi" should mean.
