Re: [HumJanenge] RTI challenges

What public purpose such an RTI will serve?  Such an act will only give an handle to the bete noire of RTI to defame the Act and new ground to ban vexatious and ?? RTI applications.
Pray for not doing such a venture.

This is the first in a series of simple RTI challenges.
As the series progresses the challenge gets tougher.

Recently the Punjab High Court disallowed a former IGP
from accessing Sonia's Gandhi's "religion" which she
had (supposedly) declared in her Census returns.
Disclosure of census data/ information is explicitly
barred in the Census Act.

My RTI Challenge;
How to access Sonia Gandhi's "religion" using RTI ?

Please post strategies to this thread. Then we shall
implement it in practice.

NB: Please don't change the topic of this thread
