Re: [IAC#RG] RadioOne - Public apology and enquiry

1) in this case the victim of the cheatings are the betting people who
are invested money in betting by expecting that the play will happen
in its usual course...
2)Once the mach is fixed the betters are the sufferers,, Since the
betting itself is banned they can't complain against the mach fixing
so the there will not be any chance for the victim of the cheating
coming forward in this case
3) Spectators who views the mach can also complain , but they are not
cheated in this case ,as they are not suffered any loss , what they
expected to see was match that did happen ,
4) other people invested in the game such as advertising company etc
are also suffered any loss

5) So the section in which the accused are arrested will not lie in
the particular circumstances of the case.
6) Any how this is some thing going on to diver the attention ..
nothing more . every body knows match fixing is part and parcel of the
game in India . where crores are invested in the betting.
7) whenever the police wants to arrest some lower links they will do
it by leaving the big fishes alone .. they do duties based upon the
directions from top level .... never touch the real culprits in this
kind of cases ..
