Re: [IAC#RG] Smt Pratibha Patil saved Corrupt HC Judge Soumitra Sen.

Dear Shri Ravindran,

The difference between the two cases:

(1) In case of Justice Soumitra Sen, the Rajya Sabha Committee found him guilty of corruption and the impeachment process was already progressing and near completion.

(2) In case of Justice P Dinakaran, such a process was not started by the Rajya Sabha. He remains an accused Judge.

Dear Sri Babubhai Vaghela

I believe you but could I have more details, if you have any. And by the way, Dinakaran's impeachment was over more than 90pc of the way through when he resigned and then what happened? I am curious to know if the TN govt has recovered the land that he had encroached upon!

Dear All, Corruption by Calcutta HC Judge Soumitra Sen was proved.
Half the process of impeachment was also over when UPA Govt headed by
Dr Manmohan Singh, acted at superfast speed,  & Shameless President of
India Smt Pratibha Patil helped in sinister design to save his skin.
National Shame. Regards,
