[HumJanenge] RTI Files to go online

For kind information of Mr. Alok Tikku,

News item in HT on the above subject is heartening if the Central Government has the WILL
power to implement its decisions/orders to hep the common man.

2. Rich and Poor divide of the society has made the  super rich to have scant regard for the PARLIAMENT
and its Acts such as Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
Act,1992 were the Act passed by the Parliament. SEBI, funded by Ministry of Finance, is a Regulatory Body.

3. SEBI Chairman and its full time Member openly say that we don't recognize these Acts.
Chief Information Commissioner Mr. Satya Nand Mishra cannot ask any information including NOTING
for an appellant - a 76+ years
old Central Govt. Pensioner. SEBI on 4.2.2012 in reply to CIC letter no.
CIC/SM/A/2012/000822 dated January 11,
2012 that they have no NOTING for a decision taken in which
the RTI appellant has been fraudulently deprived
of Rupees Eighteen Lakhs.

3. Details of this RTI case will expose the working of vested interests in the system and

HOLD of the Super rich.
