[IAC#RG] How long SCs, created through Constitutional Mechanism, remain SCs?

Dear All,

How long SCs, created through Constitution of India mechanism, remain SCs?

For how many generations they have to be SCs?

And, why should they remain SCs?

And, most importantly, whose job is it to make them "general"?

Please note that as per my interpretation of Mr. Ashish Nandy is very clear.
People are not able to digest it.
please  show me the definition of Schedule Tribes and Schedule Castes in our Constitution.
Whether the people who have faith in BUDDHA are  Schedule Tribes or Schedule Castes?
Any Mechanical Engneer or Metalurgist or civil Engineer, craftsman or Artisan are Schedule Tribe or Schedule Caste?
Anglo-Indians are Schedule Tribes or Schedule Castes.
Who introduce this poison in our Constitution? Lala Lajpat Rai or Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Subhash Chandra Bose and Mr. Pal never
claimed any caste including Rabindra Nath Tagore.Swami Dayanand Saraswati,
Guru Nanak Dev  or other Nine Guru  have never spoke of any ScheduleCaste or Schedule Tribes.
It was introduced by some one else being the real person inducted in our society by Britishers.
They had introduce separation between the people of England from others. It was these people, who fought World War for their
own survival. They use to buy the people for labour work in other part of the world and had given various names.Mr. Ashish Nandy isa simple person and has no ego.He is writer, journalist, thinker and not a dirty politician.
Each andevery word we speak are having many interpretations and can be twisted as per your own taste.
