I fullly agreed with this. In fact I came across a large number of RTI activists in Bhopal, whose basic purpose of filing RTI is to blackmail officer concerned. In few cases, I also saw that applicant settling affairs just before hearing in the office of State Information Commission of Madhya Pradesh. The group should also expose such blakmailers.
