[HumJanenge-YG] Re: Non-Life Insurance Companies not implemention the RTI Act

Dear Sir

All the PSU non-life (ie. general insurers) have implemented RTI Act
and appointed PIOs / FAAs. This can be verified by the number of
decided 2nd appeals against them in CIC, including full bench
decisions.
