[HumJanenge] Re: Digest for HumJanenge@googlegroups.com - 22 Messages in 9 Topics

Dear Mr. Venkatesh Nayahk

You left out "1(2) (2) It extends to the whole of India."
The "place" has to be within India.  Is Googlegroups a "place" ?

Who has "burnt, mutilated, defaced, defiled, disfigured, destroyed, trampled upon or otherwise brought into contempt" the Constitution of India or the Flag.

In any case our moderator PMK  would gladly be a martyr if EQUAL action was taken
against your traitor friends like Arundhati Roy, SRS Geelani etc. for their public comments made in Jammu and Kashmir (is it not a part of India ?) which are much much worse than what PMK has written. They know how to extract every last drop of publicity by claiming to be patriots seeking the AMENDMENT of India's Constitution to give AZAADI to Kashmir, thus taking their offence out of the purview of National Honours Act. They have expert advocates like Prasanth Bhushan, Colin Gonsalves , Maya Daruwala to help them escape punishment by twisting the law and by the help of their friends in NAC who get Home Minister to drop IPC proceedings against them..

You have no right to speak on such matters of patriotism. As employee of UK NGO and getting your salary from Government of UK. before posting such messages to this group have you ever similarly publicly condemned Arundhati Roy or Krishnaraj Rao (who sings national anthem in public chambers of SCIC while court proceeding are in progress)
