Here are the steps

1) Create a unique login IDfor yourself  at   https://we.riseup.net/

2) Login and then click "request to join Committee" at
 https://we.riseup.net/india_against_corruption+p1220120001

3) Your request is approved by Ajay (may take upto 8 hours),

4) Login again and revisit the link in point 2 above. Read the instructions carefully.

5) Discuss on the Group Discussion page there.
