Sabotaging the working of the system for the "good guys" (aam admis, assorted jholawalas) is as harmful as for the "bad guys" (politicians, corporations, etc).

The system needs to be enforced and made to work as designed. You can petition President/PM if all else fails, but that doesn't mean that your first alternative begins there.
