Comments

a.     Within five years, Mr. D.N.Padhi  has received   total amount of Rs. 1,92,228.00 towards medical expenses.

b.     Mr. Jagadanand within four years has received Rs. 1, 35,299.00 towards medical expenses. In a single year( 2010-11), he has received  highest  amount of  Rs. 94, 949.00 towards medical expenses.

c.      Mr. Tarun Kanti Mishra  has not received  a single pie  towards  his medical expenses during two year  of his tenure  as SCIC.

With  regard  to  photocopy of medicine Bill  and prescription of doctors, the  PIO  has denied  to provide  this  information on the ground that it would disportionately  divert the resources under   section 7(9) of the RTI Act.    As  I know,   this is  not  the valid ground  to deny  this information.  I feel  the PIO  has some malafide intention  to deny  this piece of information.

However, Sri  Raghu Majhi  is going to make first appeal  to the 1st Appellate Authority, office of Odisha Information Commission  under section 19(1) of the RTI Act  to get  the complete information.
