Respected Sir

Sub: Prosecution of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal for unauthorised tampering
with electric installation of NDPL

Further to my email appended below, I am informed that Mr. Arvind
Kejriwal also assisted in carrying out electricity theft in Narela area.

It seems that Mr Kejriwal was summoned to Narela Police Station
and has also given a written statement recorded at D/D No. 29A dated
09.10.2012 clearly stating that Smt. Meera Devi the prime accused
is innocent and that he and another person Mr. Bhagwan Solanki
assume full responsibility for their actions, which have been very
well videotaped and broadcast on numerous TV channels and
the internet. Including their acts of using ladders to tamper with
feeder boxes on poles of NDPL and install bare conductors to
drae electric power..

It is not clear to consumers why the matters are still only in the
form of Daily Diary and have not reached the Special Magistrates
appointed for this purpose.

I again urge the Hon'ble Commission to see that justice is seen
to be done by ensuring the proper prosecution of Mr. Kejriwal,
an outsider to Delhi who habitually interferes in Delhi's electricity
and water sectors without any locus, to the full extent of the law.
